My PhD focuses on leadership, systems thinking, strategy, policy innovation, public administration, and global development. My research examines how public institutions and leadership frameworks can design and implement inclusive, effective, and scalable solutions particularly in international and cross-sector contexts.Master of Arts (MA) – International Development
My MA focused on information and communication technology (ICT) and its role in economic development and inclusive infrastructure, with a regional emphasis on Thailand. This program strengthened my understanding of how technology, policy, and development intersect to improve access and opportunity in low- and middle-income countries.Master of Public Administration (MPA)
My MPA emphasized governance, public policy, and organizational management, with a focus on international affairs and the U.S. federal government. The program provided strong training in public sector leadership, policy analysis, budgeting, and administrative systems.Concentration in Human Resources and Marketing, with a minor in Information Technology (IT). My undergraduate studies built a foundation in organizational behavior, management, communication, and technology systems.
