I am a PhD student in Urban Leadership and Entrepreneurship with academic and professional experience in international development and public administration. My work focuses on how leadership, governance, and public systems can improve access, equity, and outcomes for communities particularly for Deaf and Hard of Hearing populations.
I have worked across government, nonprofit, and academic settings, supporting international programs, policy implementation, compliance, and research. My global experience has strengthened my ability to navigate complex systems, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and apply public administration principles in real-world, cross-cultural contexts.
I am driven by a commitment to effective governance, inclusive public services, and evidence-based decision-making. Through research, program coordination, and international fieldwork, I aim to contribute to sustainable development and stronger public institutions.
